Limits. Public reviewers are not a random sample of every user, and phrase matching undercounts reviews that describe the same experience in different wording, so every count here is a floor rather than a total. The counts describe a correlation between what reviewers wrote about and the rating they gave (where a rating is reported), not a controlled test of what causes a higher or lower rating. Average ratings were only available for the timer theme. The counts for not-starting and forgetting are reported without an average because that figure was not part of the data provided for this article.
